Flashplayer 10 fails to run for standard users on Termnial server 2003

Hi Guys.

Had an issue where flashplayer10 kept asking to be installed on a Win Terminal server 2003. After trying to reinstall a few time using both the website installer and Distribution file I was still getting the issue.

In the end I found the solution was a permission issue.

Resolution

Do not use a registry editor to edit the registry directly unless you have no alternative. The registry editors bypass the standard safeguards provided by administrative tools. These safeguards prevent you from entering conflicting settings or settings that are likely to degrade performance or damage your system.
